Mahmoud Momtaz said in an interview with our correspondent, "Regarding the visitation of over 4 million people from the Razavi sacred places in the glorious days of Wilayat Week, a special program was planned for promoting security, discipline, and peace."
He also added, "In these days, a special program was also planned to increase the presence of the Holy Shrine's staff in order to dusting, washing, and hygiene maintaining of all sacred courtyards and porticos of the Razavi Holy Shrine."
"Wheelchair services, the services of electric cars carrying elderlies, special emergency services with strengthening the medical emergency stations, offering carpet services, distribution of invitation letters of Imam Reza's banquet in hotels and inns of the city, and providing trust services with the highest capacity are among some activities accomplished in the holy shrine", Momtaz asserted.
Ten thousand People of special sects of the society are the guests of Imam Reza (A.S.)
The deputy of sacred premises and pilgrims' affairs of Astan Quds Razavi asserted, "In these days, some glorious ceremonies were held with presence of 3 thousand high school students, 12 thousand elderlies and disabled persons, and 3 thousand people from Sadat families* under the support of Imam Khomeini (R.A.) Relief Committee and about 2 thousand and 5 hundred university students from all the country's towns. In these ceremonies, some sacred gifts were also presented to the participants."
"On the occasion of this week, the servants of the Razavi Astan visited about 6 thousand mentally and physically ill students of the city and in addition to serving them some gifts were also presented to them", he stated.
Momtaz reminded, "One of the many programs of these days was the signing ceremony of brotherhood (Aqdeh Okhovat) between the staff and servants of the Razavi illuminated Holy Shrine."
The celebration in the sacred premises auditorium
"The glorious ceremony of Ghadir Eid was held from 9 to 10: 30 A.M. of the day of Ghadir Eid in the Sacred Premises Auditorium and with presence of a large group of pilgrims and Mashhadi citizens who were served with sweet and beverage by the servants", Momtaz stated.
800 thousand people in the Arafeh Prayer
At the end Momtaz referred to the glorious ceremony of Arafeh prayer in the Razavi Holy Shrine and said, "More than 800 thousand people had the chance of participating in the glorious Arafeh prayer and over 300 thousand people took part in the prayer of Qurban Eid."
